SNS-314

Sunesis is seeking partnering opportunities for its novel, selective Aurora Kinase inhibitor, SNS-314, targeted for the treatment of cancer.

The SNS-314 IND was submitted in February 2007 and a Phase 1 clinical study in patients with advanced solid tumors was halted before establishing a maximum tolerated dose so that financial resources could be directed to further advancing voreloxin in the clinic.
